Kecia was an absolute delight she helped me from the point that I called in to the point that I swipe my card. She was extremely professional kind and diligent Jared. The sales manager was also super sweet. He helped ensure the best experience & I will be sure to recommend all friends / family here !

After leaving another Eyeglass World feeling completely dismissed, I called the Greenwood location while getting my tire fixed. I explained that I had just come from the Southern Avenue store, where the associate wasn't helpful at all, and asked if anyone there might be able to help me instead. The woman I spoke with assured me she'd be "more helpful," so I told her I'd come by as soon as my car was done. When I arrived, she looked at my glasses and confirmed that the frames weren't repairable. She did try to backdate a warranty, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, that didn't work out. Other than that, there really wasn't much effort made to find another solution. She didn't mention anything about popping the lenses out or seeing if they'd fit another frame. Instead, I was just told I'd have to buy a completely new pair of glasses. She wasn't rude, but she also wasn't especially helpful. It was one of those interactions where you can tell the person's just doing the bare minimum, and you leave feeling like your problem didn't matter. Overall, I left disappointed because I truly thought this location would step up where the other hadn't but that wasn't the case.

The arm of my husband's frames had gotten damaged and kept falling off. We stopped by in a last hope they would be able to repair them. We were met by Randi who explained that the frames would not be able to be repaired but by chance, she still had the same frame. She was able to remove the lenses and place them in the new frames. She was absolutely amazing! She totally went above and beyond what we expected. Checking to see if the frames were still there after 3 years, incredible service and at a price we could afford. She's an amazing attribute to the company.

Searra was great! My daughter and I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was friendly and very patient. Highly suggest for anyone looking for glasses or contacts.

Just want to say Rachel was so helpful. She seen no one at desk to check in and jumped right up to take care of us. She took the time to answer all our questions. She has great customer service skills and we appreciated it. Thank you Rachel!!

I had an appointment for an eye exam and got to learn how to put contacts in for the first time!! The doctor and staff was so kind to me as I'm a very anxious person when it comes to going to the doctor and having things touch my eyes. Huge shout out to the assistant manger, Taylor, for her kindness, support and patience. I explained to her how I was so so nervous about trying contacts and that I have had a bad experience at another optometrist. She was so understanding and sat down with me the whole way through until I got it down. She never made me feel bad for how long it took me to get the hang of it. Thank you Taylor!!

Had the best experience from the moment I walked in the door at the Greenwood location. Was greeted right away, everyone was polite, friendly and professional. They answered all my questions as I was just wanting exam and new lenses, keeping my existing frames. As a matter of fact, they saved me $100's by using them instead of going back to the original vendor! Also, my new lenses came in earlier than expected. Will definitely use EyeGlass World going forward!

If I could give less than one star I would. Had my glasses remade 4 times and they couldn't get my prescription right. Was seen by two different optometrist that couldn't get my prescription correct. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not waste your time or money. I never received a call or text when my glasses were ready. Had to contact this location multiple times to advocate for MYSELF. Same day glasses are not as advertised. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
