This review goes out to Dr. Shaw. Since u seem to think Medicare doesn't pay enough to buy your SHOELACES you are in the wrong profession. Since u seem to think its ok to leave ur patients in a room for 1 1/2 hrs while u have a meeting u definitely need to find a different profession. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. Probably should not look down on people who have Medicaid.

I don't think this place deserves a star. I have been here 3 different times and have had a minimum 3 hour wait EVERYTIME. Like the staff is friendly but when i'm waiting that long FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT absolutely not. Take your business literally anywhere else...

Do not make an appointment here. Go somewhere else. Have been here 3 times and never waited less than 3 hours. They do not respect patients' time. Whatsoever. Go see a doctor that and staff that has an ounce of respect for patients. Why do they bother scheduling so many people if they can't keep up. Read the rest of the reviews. Apparently it's everyone. Definitely not a one-time thing.

This place is absolutely awful beyond the front desk. The ladies at the front have all been sweet, but everyone working past there is rude. They all look bothered to be here. My daughter had an appointment at 2:45 today. Were still here at 5 o'clock waiting to be seen by the dr. Absolutely no sense of urgency.

Took my 9 month old to this office after being referred by our pediatrician. The woman who checked us in was very nice. She told us to wait a few minutes and a tech would be with us. We waited probably only 5 or so minutes and went to the room. The tech was very nice and then Dr. Roberts saw us. He was so nice and pleasant, and he was awesome with my son!! Staff was quick, friendly, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I definitely recommend Dr. Roberts!

I really love this office, however, they never informed any of their clients that their pediatric office had moved. I went to the wrong location with both of my children in tow to be told it was in a different building. The wait time for the new area is significantly longer. Outside of this mishap, they office is great and the doctor is very patient with my hypersensitive/hyperactive son.

Great experience. I'm not medically savvy for referrals....my primary doctor referred me to Midwest Eye. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours, but it's like any other clinic with many patients. It's the system they have in place.....no office is ONLY going to have you as a patient. Thorough analysis with prognosis and diagnosis of my eyes. Very happy.

Person at front desk decided I should not accompany my Mother to see the doctor. I have been bringing her here for over two years and never had a problem until today. Now I have no idea what the doctor had to say. NOT GOOD!!! WHAT IS IT ANY.OF HER BUSINESS?? SHE IS MYMOTHER!!! I take care of her.
Guess they didn't like the review now they are refusing to see her. She can go to the Carmel office. Same difference. No thanks.
