Great people! They took excellent care of me and educated me on my eye health. I can truly tell that the team is highly qualified and takes their craft seriously. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and genuine dedication. I would personally like to thank Dr. Z and Shelby for their display of genuine care and education of my eye health.

Don't waste your time if you have a minor child going there for an evaluation bc they don't do surgery and they will send you somewhere else. The fact we wasted 3.5hrs there put my child through all the testing to be told you have go to somewhere else is absolutely insane. They shouldn't see minors PERIOD. My child shouldn't have to go through all that again. Seems like to me they are just wanting money from Insurance seems like a scam to me and I'll be reporting it. So now we have to do all this all over again somewhere else. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The office staff is completely incompetent. Do not accept their offer to call you back, because they never will. Additionally, if you get "Crystal" on the phone, request to speak to someone else immediately. She will not listen or allow you to speak, but instead repeatedly speaks over you, and lies to you in order to get you off the phone. Additionally, the doctors at this practice are hit or miss. Dr. Adeniran provided the only positive experience of many at this location. If you choose to go here, expect frustration, dishonesty, and poor patient / customer care.

I am unimpressed with everything about this office. Appointment. Was at 1:30. Tech that took me back was very abrasive and light weight rude and hurried. Then I was sat in another waiting room for 2 hours. I've currently been sitting in the exam room for 20 minutes with no signs of a doctor. Equipment used to test my eyes was dirty when the tech asked me to place my face on it... had to ask her to clean it first. Not impressed and will NOT be back. **UPDATE** I ended up back in their office to see Dr. McKay and I just want to say that he is amazing! Probably one of the most caring and compassionate Dr.'s I've ever met

I showed up for my appointment on time and put my name on the "sign in" sheet. An hour goes by and apparently they didn't check me in. My ride had an appointment to go to so I couldn't stay. They informed me that next time I need to announce that I'm there, as if the sign in sheet doesn't exist. It's almost laughable

I recently had an appointment at a Bennett & Bloom Eye Center in Jeffersonville Indiana and I will never return. The staff there were extremely unprofessional in so many ways. They are rude, condescending and disrespectful not just to me, but to others as well. I witnessed them treat another patient in a way that nearly brought me to tears. As I waited in the 2nd waiting room, I saw an overweight gentleman walk in with a chair. Immediately behind him was one of the techs who (in front of the whole waiting room) yanked the chair out of his hands and yelled at him that if he can't fit in the chairs provided, that was his own fault. The only chairs provided had arms on them and would only accommodate "average" sized individuals. I could tell he was humiliated and I was disgusted by her behavior. He had no option but to stand or walk around the waiting room and if he had been waiting in their waiting rooms as long as I had been, I'm sure he was exhausted. This office or any kind of Drs office should treat everyone with dignity regardless of any differences. Chairs should be provided to accommodate people of all sizes. Or at minimum, offer some seating that does not have arms on it. Additionally, I feel that the office staff need to be educated on how to treat others. I'll find another place to get my eyes looked at, because I will NOT ever be going back there.

I have been bringing my aunt here. Not only is everybody super rude, you have to wait several hours to be seen! They should stagger their patients better, so not everybody is waiting so long. After being there for 2 and a half hours today, we were simply waiting to schedule a surgery. After about a half an hour, I asked, how much longer it would be, and they told me another twenty minutes. I asked if they could just call and they said they could, but at the end of the day when I called back, they said it could take up to 7 days to call to schedule! That leaving had caused us to be bumped out of line! If it were me, I wouldn't go there anymore!

I regularly take my mom to the Jeffersonville location. We are so blessed to have this wonderful eye care available in our community.Our latest visit was last week. It was so nice to see some of the staff we have encountered over the years, Mary and Kathy! They are so friendly and caring. Too, my mom has been seeing Dr Adeniran and she is wonderful!!! She explains everything in a gentle and relatable manner. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking exceptional eye care.
