Vitrectomy done in surgical center. Next to no wait. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr Yunker is wonderful. Anesthesiologist listened to my concerns. They have vans that will pick you up and take you home. The man that helped me, Dan, was fantastic. I wish I had known about this service with my other surgeries. All around, a good experience.

Sorry to have to do this to you, but full transparency, I am tired of rescheduling for what? Five canceled or rescheduled appointments this year. This just happened to be the first instance where you got me. Scheduling feels pretend at this point. I understand wanting a good day off to go golfing. But it's harder to get reliable healthcare in this country -- and somehow patients are the ones who absorb the loss. Why am I paying hundreds of dollars out of my paycheck for care that keeps getting pushed off?

All procedures were explained, my questions answered and the professional staff were clear in explanations and findings. For the large amount of staff, it was so pleasant how low key the interactions with each other as well as patients. Very refreshing.

They were great at Dr.Blacks office in Jeffersonville indiana. Even the surgery center was great. I can see way better than I did with my old eye prescription. I know this might sound odd but, I really enjoyed it, that being the staff was overly friendly even Dr. Pugh had a humongous bedside manner. I will continue to go back for checkups.
