Very impressed with the courtesy from the staff as well as how they respect their patience time with being seen promptly according to my appointment time. I had tried to see Dr Blacks Eye Associates the previous day but they kept me waiting an hour and half passed my appointment time until I finally had to leave to get back to work. I would never recommend these people. I had surgery planned for Tuesday and the Thursday before I was called to pay $1400 before I could have my surgery. I have been knowing about this appointment for about two months and was not informed of an upfront cost until days before. I need retina detachment surgery and am at a total loss on this.

Don't let the circa 1985 furniture allow you to get the wrong impression about this office, all John-Kenyon locations appear to be furnished in garage sale chic. The partners don't worry about what their offices look like, but they all provide exceptional eye care and that's really all that matters.
