Dr Dinn is absolutely fabulous I have been seeing him for about 10 years. I get my glasses there also never had an issue. With regard to Dr Dinn's clinical expertise I cannot say enough good things.

Dr Wilde seem nice everything else about the place is ridiculous it's been 9 weeks since my appointment and he told me I needed cataract surgery and I would be called to set it up I've called myself three times but cannot get through to the special lady that does the scheduling there is no way in hell that in 60 some days she could not call me to schedule my appointment ridiculous I will be going to a different eye doctor don't waste your time

This practice is a mill churning out as many patients as possible without regard to customer service. With few exceptions, the staff act as if your call or visit is a burden to their souls. Expect to be there for two hours for a simple annual visit so you can renew your contact prescription. The actual doctor will spend 60-90 seconds with you. This is not an exaggeration. If you visit the Logansport office with their part time hours, you can't even order contacts after your visit. You have to call the Kokomo office for the ONE person gatekeeping the contact lenses. She will not answer the phone. You must leave a message. Don't expect a call back for 4-5 days. Then expect to have to call back to find out where your contacts actually are and why they still haven't arrived. So help you if you have an urgent need for a replacement contact. You won't get help unless you physically show up at the Kokomo office and even then you have to beg them to let you buy one contact because, you know - you have to understand that these things cost them money. I hope it costs them more than my business, because I can assure you it cost them me as a patient. I will never be back.

My exam was not accurate. I've had astigmatism for years yet this doctor didn't find any. Their voicemail system seems endless. I left a message needing a one sentence answer. When my call was returned guess what...my question was ignored so I got to go through the endless calling process again. I was told I would get my glasses in 10- 14 days. Didn't happen. I went online for another pair. They arrived sooner than promised and my vision is just as good with a pair of $69 glasses as Eye Physicians glasses for nearly $700. Save a lot of money. Shop online.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Between my son and I we have 2 pair of glasses, a pair of contacts, and a pair of prescription sunglasses we have ordered and paid for. I received a call last Thursday that our items were in and have been attempting to pick these items up at the Logansport office since then. As of today, no one can give us any answers as to where our items are at. The Logansport office tells us the items are at the Kokomo office and the Kokomo office tells us the items are at the Logansport office. I was told today that I can't get any answers now until tomorrow when a specific individual is in the office AND was also told that in fact if the items are in Logansport, I can't even attempt to pick the items up until Monday when the Logansport office is open again.

Company switched insurance I was trying to stay in network. When on the phone scheduling an appointment I confirmed that it would be for contacts and glasses. I drive to the location that had availability a 50 minute drive later. Front desk told me I would have to make another appointment for contacts, this appointment was only for glasses. No thank you. I will not go to any doctor's office that can bluntly lie to someone. I would rather pay more out of network. Customer service is huge.

My wife had an appointment originally when she showed up they told her it was in Kokomo not Logansport. They rebooked and then called and said they couldn't get her in at 1130 can she come at 245 show up at 245 and told her appointment was at 1130 and want to reschedule. Unorganized and very unprofessional are they going to reimburse us for time off of work due to their incompetence.

Dr. Wild did a wonderful job removing my wife Helen's cataract. And he got her a pair of glasses also. He is an awesome doctor. All the people in the office are very nice.
