Dr. Potter is always very through in explaining exam results and very patient during appointments. I highly recommend Potter Family Eye Care.

I can't say enough good things about Potter Family Eye Care!!! I originally took my kids (3 and 5) to a pediatric eye doctor, who overcharged and under-cared. This place couldn't be more opposite! When I picked up my kids glasses from the other place they never even tried them on their eyes and then wanted to charge more for an RX check than Potter's was going to charge for a full new eye exam. I called them asking about a second opinion, and I felt cared for from the very first phone call. Flash forward to our appointment and they did even better with my kids than the pediatric eye place and did a more thorough eye exam for both of my children! We will definitely be using Potter Family Eye Care for our whole family from now on!

Very pleased with my visit a few weeks ago. Very professional and Mr. Potter took the time to explain everything to me. I was impressed with the newer technology they used reviewing my eyes compared to other places. I will certainly be using them now for my yearly appointment.

Dr. Potter and his staff are thorough, professional and always friendly. They listen to any concerns you have, use the latest technology and have always provided my family with outstanding care. They have a large selection of frames to choose from, our new glasses and contacts always arrive quickly and their prices are very reasonable.

202312 update: Due to a change in insurance, am switching to another provider than Potter Family Eye Care. Wish could have stayed with Dr. Potter though. Original post: Dr. Potter provides expedient & expert diagnosis, thorough medical explanations, and specialty lens prescriptions that are correct the first time that other optometrists have struggled and frequently remade them two, three times. I haven't experienced any long wait times. The office staff are quick with vision tests, provide multiple phone call appointment reminders, and efficient service. I highly recommend Dr. Potter. Your patronage would support and help retain a worthy local business!

They are amazing! We weren't patients of theirs but they got my son in to be seen immediately for a scratched cornea. The staff was so kind and friendly and Dr Potter was wonderful with my 6 year old son. Needless to say, we will all be becoming patients here.
