The gentleman who did all my tests was great. His expertise was evident and great people skills. The Dr who saw me was totally the opposite. Obviously in a hurry and spoke so fast most of what she said was lost to me. Did not like her attitude at all.

I love the staff at the GP office I go to now but I have never been in a medical office that was as thorough as Grossnickel! Every staff member was amazingly pleasant and respectful. I wasn't not happy once again with the way my visit went. I waited my appointment was at 930 and I was still waiting at 1042 then once the dr finally came in it took about 10 minutes. The some girl came and got my file and started to rush me to the front and I needed sunglasses to wear. She had a attitude. My daughter came in to see how much longer and the receptionist thought I was done and leafted.
