Danielle, was absolutely fantastic with me and my boyfriend, picking out our eyewear, we really came in with a vision and she really went to town. She ensured everything went smoothly, effectively and we shared so many laughs. Thanks Danielle , I'm glad they have someone like you !!

Chris was EXCELLENT! He was Very professional, and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, and he was very patient. I wasn't for sure what finance plan would work for me, but Chris walked me thru each plan and explained in detail! He treated me like a person, and NOT a number. Chris provided excellent Customer Service, and I would definitely do business with him again. If you need eyeware, please ask for Chris, he will NOT disappoint! Great job Chris, and MANY BLESSINGS to you!!!!!!

MyEyeDr is my new go to!! My whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The woman at the front desk was friendly, the technician (I didn't catch her name but she had the prettiest nails and rings) was knowledgeable and friendly, Dr. Gifford was professional and made me feel comfortable, and Sydney felt like my personal hype woman! everything was broken down and explained to me, I understood what was happening and why it was happening. I will recommend this place to anyone searching for new glasses and/or contacts. The selection to choose from had something for everyone. Thank you to everyone at MyEyeDr!!

Sydney took her time and explained my insurance benefits, as well the different protective coatings available and transitions lenses. She was both personable and professional. She helped me find frames that made me feel attractive, and explained the timeframe for turnaround on both My everyday I wear and my safety glasses for work.

The service and care I received at my visit to MyEyeDr was outstanding. The exam was comprehensive and provided me with information and tools to correct an eye issue. The secondary visit to pick out glasses was one of the best experiences I have had; and at my age I have done this a few times. Sydney took the time to understand my goals of the visit. Then she reviewed several options with me on how to best utilize my insurance coverage, she worked through many scenarios until we came up with the best to fit my budget and eye needs. Also, she made thoughtful recommendations based on my taste. I did choose one of her recommendations. But what truly I was impressed with was her knowledge and professionalism. She listed to me, understanding where I had challenges in the past with multi vision needs and made recommendations based on the lens options available. I am really looking forward to picking up my glasses, I know they will be perfect!! Thank you to Sydney and the entire staff at MyEyeDr.

Sydney was an AMAZING help, she helped me get the most affordable price of glasses : and contacts, this place actually helps you find glasses/frames you like with your budget. Time friendly as well. I will only ever come here for help. 10/10 recommend. And i definitely recommend having Sydney help you out.

A little disappointed!!! I have been waiting for my glasses since December 2025. I've had to send them back 3 times because of the way they were cut. The manger Chris was very professional. Even though his associate was rude, I feel very good about the way I left things after dealing with him. Because of Chris, the manager, I will come back and get more glasses.

Kris was absolutely the best they have some of the best team players in the office. It was like walking into my home so cozy and so clean everybody was so friendly and my doctor not only is he so cute. It's so professional he saw on hands tell you everything that you need and everything is so sufficient they work with you so that's good. Can you send a new pair of glasses and raybands generation 2
