the only good part of my experience here was scheduling the appointment. the guy who answered was nice but i'm pretty sure those agents are outsourced. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great as my insurance expires soon and my glasses are on their last legs. When I came in the store was empty but eventually someone walked from the back to greet me. The machines they used to take retina pictures were not wiped down. i could see the makeup still on there from someone who used it prior. then they went to start the exam. they couldn't figure out how to work the machine. said they had another room that someone else told them to not use. they tried to use it anyway but the mirror wasn't even pointed at the screen to read the letter. i'm not even sure i even saw or sat with an actual Doctor. they eventually told me they could not do the eye exam and would have to reschedule. i'm likely going to schedule one elsewhere.

Scheduled my children's eye exams at Stanton. First, the place is really clean and the staff? Super good with children, I was amazed because that usually never happens in an optometrist office. They were also quick. Talk about efficiency. When it came time to look for my oldest children's frames. The ladies up front really hyped them up and made my kids feel less upset about needing glasses. Overall, the experience was pretty amazing for an eye dr.
Edited to say: it was a completely nee staff, from what I hear, which i think is what made the world of difference.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CHRISTA but really just bif shout out to Stanton optical in general. They saved me when I lost my last pair of contacts and my backup glasses were broke . Very positive and comfortable environment everybody was so friendly straight to the point and did not try to play games when it came to came to paying they were very affordable and realistic plus did i say they had my glasses ready to go on my face in 30 mins I couldn't say enough thanks to everyone there

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD!!!, I called and scheduled an appointment with an eye doctor for Friday and then I showed up only to be told that the actual eye doctor wouldn't be in until Wednesday. They said over the phone that they take my insurance and that I wouldn't have to pay anything only to be met with fee's as soon as I walked in the door. The man told me on Friday had to pay a co pay of $25 for an eye exam which fine. I went today and they told me that it was more than that with a bunch of other fee's added. I would not recommend

They are very quick and efficient. We called for right in. I didn't know they did glasses in house which was amazing because my sons frames was broken. Jared was amazing he was thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently.
