My spouse had excellent care and a 5 star experience at John Kenyon Eye Center. He had cataract surgery. EVERYONE we came in contact with was polite, professional and demonstrated utmost skill at thier position. Dr Brockman is highly recommended, and we will back in 2 weeks for the other eye!

Knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions clearly. Dr Wilson is a wonderful Dr. He doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. My husband and I have been patients at John Kenyon for years and have always utilized the expertise of Dr Wilson and his staff. They are all caring professional people.

Everyone is always very pleasant and very professional. They explain everything they are getting ready to do so that I understand what we are doing at each appointment. Dr Lazarus is very pleasant and addresses any and all of my concerns. I have never had an unpleasant experience at this office.

Everyone was very nice and took good care of me! My only complaint would be the wait. My appointment was 10:15 and I went into surgery about 1. That was a long time for my Mom to wait. But the surgery went well and I can see much better!!!!

I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. Do not get me wrong, the staff are all lovely and I have never encountered a negative person, but the way things are done are very unorganized and non communicative. I only learned that my doctor had moved away from the practice and was no longer seeing her patients after calling to check on the status of a referral and to request an appointment. I lost my vision very suddenly and due to many false reports of a referral being sent, it has been about 8 months without treatment or even figuring out the issue. I was told twice my referral was sent just to find out it was not sent either time or was lost. This could be life threatening and I may never gain my sight back because of the many miscommunications. I am not one to throw around the term negligent loosely but as a young adult with sudden and unexplained vision loss, I would have expected a bit more urgency and dedication to my health and professionalism on the back end of things. I hope oneday I can regain my sight but it will not be because this office helped in making that happen.

The services that I receive from John-Kenyon is excellent. Dr. Lazarus is professional and groovy at the same time. The staff are friendly and ensure that I was properly informed about my eye care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my family and friends.

I had an eye surgery in August of 2022. From the consultation to the procedure, everyone at the Louisville location was fantastic to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, and were flexible with working with me to schedule my appointments. The surgery occurred at the New Albany location, and the surgery team was astounding in how helpful they were in making sure I was comfortable and ready to go. I have seen three doctors so far, from consultation to post-op follow-ups: Dr. Piracha, Dr. Percal, and Dr. Hubbard. The doctors and their teams are just as great in providing the services I value John-Kenyon for. Unfortunately, I have not had a single positive experience with the front desk attendants at the New Albany location. The package for my procedure included all post-op and follow-up procedures up to, and including, the one year post-op from my surgery. Since it is included in package, I have already paid for it. The surgery is not covered by my insurance, so there is absolutely no need for my insurance to be on file or billed at any time by John-Kenyon until after my one year follow-up. At the New Albany location, without fail, there is an issue with my profile. The front desk attendants treat me like I am ignorant of my procedure protocol, and nag me for insurance details -- even after it has been made clear that the procedure has already been paid for, leaving no need for any insurance details. I am treated like someone to be "dealt with" or "handled." I am spoken to like a child, yelled at even, when I don't hand over information without a good explanation as to why it's needed. The last time I was there, if a technician hadn't intervened on my behalf, I don't want to know how the front desk lady would have escalated the situation. I have a hard time recommending the New Albany location as a whole to anyone because of the awful customer service that book-ends the appointments.

My waiting time was minimal. Everyone was very nice and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and was happy with everyone I came in contact with. I'm glad I chose this practice.
