This is my first time coming to this location. I have been going to Visionworks for years the New Albany best store to go to. We are some nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. I had no way he was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had the pleasure of getting assisted by.Kacie She was absolutely amazing. Her Customer Service skills and knowledge are impeccable. I truly appreciated her for her help in picking out a pair of glasses and he'll be a sign feature. I actually needed it and did not need. Thank you Kacie so much? I truly appreciate you.

We had an unexpected accident with my daughters glasses and he was able to get her an exact replacement of her frames and lenses done in a few hours turn around with her replacement insurance we purchased. Dr Getzin is fabulous, she went above and beyond to make sure my contacts worked for me, since I had a really big change. She checked my lenses in my eyes several times herself to make sure they fit and I got the best vision. The employees are all very helpful, especially the lady that works in pretest, she helped me find the perfect frame. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

But I went, and im glad I did. The staff was super nice, literally everyone i talked to was sweet and genuine and it made my day. I never would've guessed yhe highlight of my day was the eye doctor but it really was, in such a simpl3 and lovely way. So thanks. Top notch customer service!
