Called on June 12th. Receptionist said they were booking in mid July. I said when's the best available day and then she said oh sorry we're not excepting new patients and hung up. Super rude and disrespectful. Need new glasses like now and to get treated like this...some optometrist.

They do their best to make your experience a good one! I want to thank everyone for helping me choose the right frame and for your honesty and patience!

I had my annual appointment today and as always everyone was great. I feel so comfortable with everyone there, especially Dr. Malott. He is top notch. Will never go anywhere else. And they gal that helped me with my glasses picked the perfect pair for me the first pair she asked me if I liked. (We didn't stop there, but those are the ones I ended up with.)

Everyone in the office is so friendly. Dr. Malott is fantastic. He doesn't rush through the appointment and really listens to concerns you have and takes time to answer all questions. Kate was wonderful when I was looking for glasses. Very helpful in helping me pick out frames and didn't appear frustrated when I couldn't decide. As a matter of fact, she was very patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Malott if you're in need of an eye exam!

The Lamberson and Malott office has always had amazing people when it comes to customer service. The ladies are so very helpful and always have a wonderful attitude. Dr. Malott is outstanding and very personable. He has taken care of all my family's eyesight needs with great care. The atmosphere is professional as well as welcoming and comfortable. When looking for frames or picking out lens options they are very patient and not at all pushy with sales. If your looking to step out and try a new look, they'll help you with that too! (thanks Kate ). I would highly recommend them for anyone's optical needs.

Everyone on his staff is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctor took his time and explained everything that he was going to do and why he was doing it, made me very comfortable. Picked out the glasses I liked at a good price, just got fitted and I like the way they look and feel, and i can see clearly again.
