I don't know if it's just this branch or all but, I have waited 7 weeks for my safety glasses and they're still not done. I'm not getting any answers as to why when I call either. I called 2 weeks ago and they said that the lab was putting my lenses in and I still don't have them.

Dr. Butorac is amazing! Always is so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He makes me feel so comfortable. I started seeing him a few years ago when my last eye doctor retired. Last year I had shingles in my right eye and he saw me several times until I got my vision back. He is just an amazing human. I always refer anyone who needs an eye doctor to him.

My experience was wonderful. Everyone was so professional and helpful. The Dr was so very nice and made me feel so comfortable during the exam. The lady that helped me pick out a pair of glasses was so patient and honest. I really appreciated that. I will definately return here for future eye care.

I've been coming to the Plainfield location and seeing Dr Butorac for years. It's practically part of my holiday traditions at this point! Dr Butorac and the staff are always professional, kind, and helpful during the exam and Eyewear selection process.

Dr. is fantastic, can't say the same for office staff. They don't call when your glasses come in. You have to call them. I had this experience 3 times in the last two months. First with a pair of glasses that were made incorrectly, then for the correct pair and now - for a second set. I will not order another pair of glasses from these folks again - ever!

I went to this office last year for my annual exam, the doctor was nice however the rest of the staff was rude. I refused their $75 eye scan, because I have insurance and did not want to pay out of pocket for an additional test I don't need. They were quite annoyed I said no, they must get commission. When I went to order contacts 6 months later they ran my insurance wrong and wouldn't sell me a smaller pack of contacts, it was either one month or 6 month pack. Now, I am up for my annual exam and refuse to go there again. They called to schedule and I said please don't contact me again. BUT I AM STILL GETTING CALLS EVERYDAY.

I moved to the west side and was looking for an eye doctor. My original eye doctor, Dr. Silky (who I love and have been seeing since I was a child) alway had the latest eye/and sight technology. I was wanting to find a place like Dr. Silky'S office. He recommended the Ossip in Plainfield. And so did my insurance (bonus). At my visit they gave me a new client discounts on one of the eye tests. And the doctor was so patient with me, and so nice. He recommended some contacts. He gave me two weeks of samples (2 different brands) to see which I liked best. The staff was friendly, my doctor was young but did a perfect job. Only downside is there cost. Even after my insurance I had to pay $100.00 just for my comprehensive example. But I will go back next year. They check yours eyes for everthing. And they ask questions to see what is best for your lifestyle.

What a great team they were very helpfull and caring. They fit my fir contacts and glasses and not once were they concerned with how much they can get but what i could afford.
