So very helpful and patient with me. I'm a transplant from northern Indiana and was informed on all of the issues with these aging eyes. Also tried contacts and love them! Got me into exactly what I needed From the front desk to the owner, they take care of you.

First of all, I am very "needy" and picky when it comes to my eyes. My first appointment with Plainfield Eye Care was great. This place is great; they have set the bar high. The staff is awesome. They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly, and have contagious smiles. The paperwork process was short and easy. The building is nice and immaculate. Their process for appointments is very conscientious with regards to the current environment we are all living in right now (I wish all doctors' offices handled appointments like this...all the time). They are very thorough with the paperwork, explain things well, and customer-focused. Dr. Groninger is who I saw and she is very thorough and very helpful. I feel more confident about my exam with her than any other eye doctor I have ever been to. I felt like when I walked out the door I knew more about my eye health than I ever have before. She gave me realistic options for what is going to work for me (my eyes) based on my hobbies and my everyday life. She even identified something in one of my eyes no other doctor has ever identified. She explained things well and was very professional and nice. Schedule an appointment and check them out next time you need your eyes looked at. I'll be back!
