I have a pair of glasses that I love but have had constant problems with the quality of the frames. The arm keeps coming off of the post it is attached to. This has happened over 5 times but me being a fool, I continue to get them over and over again. I had purchased frames about 3 months ago but continued to use my old lenses. When I went into the store, I talked to a lady by the name of Angie to try and get a new pair. She said they were not under warranty and wouldn't be able to help me. I asked why I should have to buy new frames when she could clearly see they were faulty. She stated without purchasing lenses when I bought my frames, negated any warranty. She stated she was just following company policy. I understand but the company policy isn't right nor is the customer service in doing the right thing. So because of this, they are receiving negative feedback and lost a customer for life. I have nothing against the associates working there. I am just not happy with how "doing the right thing" no longer exists.

We usually love this place. I come here everytime my daughters break their frames. The staff a year ago was always so helpful. Today, I went in for new frames and Beatrice was absolutely awful to my daughter and I. She refused to help us and came off extremely discrimatory. I feel if the Walmart in Plainfield wants to avoid a racial lawsuit, they should have a better hiring process.

I had a horrible experience at this Walmart vision care, I spoke with a lady on the phone who straight up lied to me. I asked her what had happened to my contact prescription order. She had said there was no order placed. Unfortunately for her I still have a email receipt of my order, I still haven't gotten my $200 refund. I would never go to this Walmart vision center agian. I've been going here for over 12 years, so if they treat a customer that has always been going there then I don't see a reason for anyone to go here. I know for myself personally I will be choosing a different place. I would rate it 0 stars if I could but that is not an option.

Now I don't know why the one in Plainfield gets so many negative reviews. The gentleman that I have dealt with has been nothing but fantastic to me. I've been to the one in Avon and I've been to the 1 in Camby. And they have been horrible. The gentleman was the only one to care if I had classes or not. So I hope the reviews get better for the one in plainfield

Been to walmart vision center 5 times over 3 days both in Plainfield, IN and in Avon, IN they always say the doctor is not in to be able to do walk in vision exam when are they in only during 9am to 3pm? I have been at different times and different days all on weekday and 1 time this Saturday at 4:30 pm after I got off work even though they are open untill 8 pm but no doctor.
