Grossnickle Eye Center

Very friendly staff and detail oriented. I had several tests done to verify cataracts in both eyes. The experience was fine and I'll be scheduling my surgery soon!

EDIT: All but one the visits I mentioned took place at the Warsaw location. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Grossnickle Eye Center has been nothing short of frustrating, starting with my first appointment four years ago. When the doctor asked whether I wanted close-up or far-away lenses, he didn't explain the difference or the reasons behind the choice. I wasn't informed that after cataract surgery, I'd be looking at thousands of dollars in additional costs for scar tissue removal in both eyes. Fast forward four years, and at my latest appointment, I was told my lens might have a permanent infection, which will require even more visits--and more financial burden. To make matters worse, the office refuses to bill these future visits as follow-ups, even though all the complications stem from my initial cataract surgery. It's clear to me that the Grossnickle doctors prioritize money over patient care. I had to pay every penny upfront before being seen, which felt like a red flag. On top of that, at my last visit, Dr. Hickman was dressed completely unprofessionally. I also don't appreciate having to see a different doctor each time. The staff, including the doctors, often come across as condescending, and their attitudes left me feeling uncomfortable. I will never recommend Grossnickle to anyone. Greedy sums up my entire experience.

All staff members were very helpful and professional. Appointment started at time scheduled and all testing was completed in a timely manner.
