Christina was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, patient, kind and professional. She makes life so easy for the doctor and quite frankly did 95% of the work towards my new set of eyes. So thankful and can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!

I love this office. Everybody is so nice the girls at the front desk are always kind even when I'm changing appointments and forgetting my insurance card. They're always smiling. And my mother and I both agree. We also both adore Dr B! He's the best

Such a great experience! Very friendly and comfortable. Nice selection of glasses-all the way from serious to fun styles. Dr. Gruett was professional, friendly, warm and talked about different options for me that kept my eye needs and financials in mind! I am glad I chose Michiana Eye Center for my eye care needs!

I was very pleased with both the doctor and the technician that saw me. They were friendly, kind and compassionate for the issues I deal with. The staff at the front desk were efficient and worked hard to get several people through who had just come in. I liked seeing that everyone worked together to get the job done. The building was well cared for, clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and wheelchair accessible, as it should be. The only complaint I have regards the parking, there was absolutely no van accessible parking. There were standard 8 foot wide spaces with a 5 foot hash marked area. ADA requirements are either an 8 foot parking space and 8 foot hash marked area or an 11 foot parking space paired with a 5 foot hash marked area. It made opening my ramp and exiting my wheelchair accessible van extremely tight. Then the ramp is required to be at or as near as possible to the entrance and it was at the end of the parking area. This meant I had to go behind at least 4 cars to get to the ramp causing an unsafe situation. Any one of these cars could have backed up and not seen me as I sit quite low. Please spend the time to make your parking situation ADA compliant. ADA law has been in effect since July 1990 and all public buildings must comply with this federal law.

I've been seeing Dr. Blankenbeker for dry eye issues and yearly exams for a few years now. I appreciate his enthusiastic and caring nature along with his incredible knowledge of dry eye disease. He is an honest man that truly wants to help his patients and a very good listener (which is hard to find sometimes with doctors). He has gone above and beyond trying to help me get eye drops that are affordable. I feel my eye care is in the best hands possible with Dr. Blankenbeker. As a side note, the entire staff at the Plymouth location is, friendly, professional, kind and courteous.

I had a wonderful experience and could not ask for more! I had an event happen to my eye and they were able to get me in to see a Dr. that day. The staff and Dr. were friendly & professional!

The staff at Michiana Eye Care was so helpful. I lost my glasses in a recent move and with the help of the Eye Care Center, I was able to get them replaced fairly easily. I do wish I was able to get my prescription from them so I can explore different frame not covered through insurance. I was happy to finally get the help I needed in replacing my glasses so I can see, thank you Michiana eye care.

As usual! Fantastic. Could not want more in a doctors office. The staff is approachable, professional and caring. If you cannot get to the principals, no matter how outstanding they are it doesn't get your services. Staff and principals are extraordinary. Thank you.
