Dr Yoon and all the staff at Advanced Ophthalmology of Michiana were professional, friendly and efficient. Dr Yoon did both my cataract surgeries and I had no problems. Great practice- highly recommend them.

I was a patient at this practice for over 10 years and even trusted them with the care of my children. Unfortunately, we recently made the decision to leave due to several ongoing issues. The front desk staff is consistently rude, wait times are often excessive (sometimes close to an hour past our scheduled appointment), and we were billed for services without any prior discussion or explanation. When I questioned the bill, I was initially told by the billing department that it was an error, but later received a call saying the charge would stand. I also requested a follow-up call for clarification regarding the supposed medical issue that prompted the bill but never received one. I believe the staff here could greatly benefit from training in customer service and communication. It's disappointing, as I've recommended this practice to others in the past, but based on my recent experiences, I can no longer do so.

I have been with these people for at least 20 years. When my Dr. Dr.Gerber quit seeing older patients I was transferred to Dr. Yoon Over a month and half ago I called to have paperwork of my last exam sent to another ophthalmologist. The girl at the front desk was so mean and rude to me I was appalled. Se said someone will call you. I haven't gotten the paperwork or the call. Wish I had gotten her name but I was speechless.

Great place to go get your eyes operated on, It gave me my eyesight back, I don't have to wear eyeglasses anymore after 25 years

You are punished for missing an appointment years ago! Nothing but bad experiences with the office. I will take my business elsewhere!

Every aspect of my cataract surgery and follow up was excellent. Great people to deal with.

Dr Schwartz is the best and staff is wonderful. All very pleasant
