best place to go in Michiana!! I started seeing Dr. Kristi Offerle in 2016 after I was adopted into a family who was already long term patients of hers. She welcomed me with open arms and since has been consistent with care and compassion. They extended their condolences to my family after the loss of our dad in 2022(the only of our Doctors to do this), has expertly diagnosed conditions that other doctors have overlooked, and is continuously efficient in both patient care and treatment. I had to squeeze an appointment in before the end of this year after not seeing Dr Offerle for 2 years and ended up scheduling an appointment with another doctor in the practice, Dr Zimmerman. I was nervous to see someone other than the same doctor I've seen for the past nine years but was pleasantly impressed with Dr Zimmermans care. It's a true testament to the practice that most of the staff I interacted with remembered me, despite the fact I haven't been back since 2023. Overall the best eye care center in the area. Can't recommend them enough!!

Eye Care Associates deserves a rating of five. I was there today, saw Dr Zimmerman , Sarah and Katie. They deserve raises in pay. All three were professional, knowledgeable, listened to me, and were pleasant. I haven't had anyone help me that wasn't warm and friendly. How lucky we are to have such great service that's given with caring and a smile.

Everyone here is so friendly! I really liked my optometrist, the front desk, the technician, and the woman who helped me fit and choose my glasses. As someone who had never been to an eye doctor before, they made me feel very comfortable and throughly explained everything.

Dr. Zimmerman was great with my brother-in-law and his disability! He was relaxed and talked to the doctor more than he has ever talked to a stranger. I refer friends & family there because everyone from the Receptionist to Eye Assistants and all the other professionals there offer top quality customer service. I'm never disappointed and always get my questions answered concerning my vision. I recently had an appt with Dr. Kristina Offerle. I felt comfortable & informed with her as well.

I've been coming here since I was 15 years old, 11 years getting my glasses from here and I'm starting to feel very unwelcomed here. I walk in and nobody acknowledges me nobody says anything until I stare them down? Then a woman walks in and they're instantly "hi good morning I'll be right with you"! Like why can't I get the same respect as everyone else???? Then as I get my glasses adjusted the woman is questioning me about if I got my glasses from here and making sure I'm not past the date of adjustment or whatever. I already know the protocol. I already know that if they break you're not responsible. I've been coming for 11 years. Please please please get your new workers together before I find another place for glasses. The older lady with the very sweet voice that does adjustments is amazing she knows me I know her she's phenomenal!!!. I'm no longer comfortable here and have experienced very long wait times my last few appointments here. Almost like they choose to put me last.

I just love Dr. Robbins and her staff!!! They pay so much attention to every detail in every aspect. The individuals that help you pick out new frames are wonderful!!
