The level of professionalism at the front desk needs worked on. As long as you don't mind being treated less than by the front staff because of your insurance then I do suggest it. While they do take state insurance they make sure to feel that level while you're there. Only one nice one, I did not catch her name but she was POC lady. The other two need retraining or taught basic human kindness.

Bri was very helpful and front staff lady too, she gave my child some truck stamps Dr and assistant were very nice, they helped us with all my family glasses and explained all insurance portions. 10/10

Umika and Kristyn were exceptionally helpful despite my insurance company and the dr office that did my exam giving me the run around about replacing my glasses. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a new pair with no out of pocket expense. Highly recommend both MyEyeDr and these lovely young ladies for all your eye care needs.

Had a good experience picking frames. After spending 30 minutes making my selection, I asked staff if they could save my 2 favorite frames on file so I could return on payday to order and they said of course. Stopped back today just before they closed to confirm my order and pay - unfortunately they only saved a vague note (no UPC, just the manufacturer name) I didn't plan/allocate enough time to go back thru the entire rack (over 100 options) nor did I want to make their staff stay after closing to try finding the frames I picked again. Guess I'll try elsewhere Less than ideal customer care. Edit to add - When I did have them to save the info I asked if I could call in to order if I couldn't make it back in, and they said yes... not exactly sure how that would have worked out.

I stopped in to shop for eyeglasses, not knowing exactly what I was looking for, and Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She asked a few easy questions and had an arm load of frames for me to try. She was spot on with what would fit my face and skin tone. I can't say enough good things about her. This My Eye Doctor location is definitely a place to visit for eye care.

This team is awesome! They always take amazing care of my husband and me. Miss Kristyn gave me top-notch service at the reception area, Dr Albert and Dr Elston made sure I had the right prescription and eye drops, Miss Tiffany picked out the perfect pair of frames to match my Eiffel Tower charm, Miss Umika helped me prepare for my upcoming surgery with my Bible in one hand, my rosary in the other, and photos of my loved ones in Heaven. And Mr Jeremy ordered me a complementary set of replacement frames and lenses when the ones that came from the lab slid out too easily. Such a class act. He and his team of angels treat their customers like we are the most important people in the world.

Quick and efficient visit today! Check in was easy and quick, doctor took her time to explain everything she was seeing and answered any questions I had, and Tiffany was super helpful with picking out classes!

Tiffany was the absolute BEST!! She helped me pick out the frames that were best for me, which I loved. She was also so very personable and professional. She knows what she's doing. I will always seek out Tiffany when I need frames, and I will refer others to her as well. THE best. The other gals in the office were very friendly as well. Highly recommend this office!
