The Ireland Rd office is easy to get to and everyone is so nice and professional. The wait time is only a few minutes. Dr Coalter is very kind and explains things in a way you can understand. Dr Boling is a great Dr and very lucky to have great staff at this location.

Let me tell you about my experience with the Boling Eye Center on Ireland Rd. I had a routine eye exam. While I liked the front desk staff, I had the worst eye exam I've ever had. I've been getting glasses for more than 40 years and this was the absolute worst exam. After the exam they refused to give me a copy of the updated prescription. I had to call the corporate office to get a copy of the prescription sent...only to find out that the prescription wasn't valid. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription?
To sum it up:
- A terrible eye exam
- Awful patient service trying to fix a problem they created
My suggestion is go somewhere else.

Just had another amazing appointment. Greeted first by Jessica then tech Carlos got everything set up. Dr. Coalter takes time to explain everything that's going with your eyes.
