I needed a pair or readers fast. Marisha went above and beyond to look at my prescription which I had faxed to her, and to find out if she had the lenses that would make it possible to complete in an hour and she did. Excellent service. Robin was very helpful to me in picking out frames and handling the rest of the process. And Jasmine was also very compassionate about a recent injury I had leading to a need for new glasses. Thanks to you all!

I've come here a couple of times for check-ups and such and each time the staff have been very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in a few months ago to get my order of contacts and there was no one at the front desk (not that big of a deal) so I find the nearest employee to see if she can help me. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she responded "Pick up for what?" with a very heavy annoyed tone in her voice and also rolled her eyes. I understand if she were busy doing something else but she was the only person in sight who worked there and that tone was unwarranted. Another time, I had scheduled an appointment online for both contacts and glasses a few days out. I go in for the appointment they only check my prescription for my contacts. I asked the doctor about my glasses prescription and she said I didn't set up the appointment for contacts and glasses, just contacts (even though I KNOW I did). Won't be coming back.

This place was absolutely horrible!! They said I needed a new prescription and sent me to Dunlap to get my prescription or a new exam. There was no Dr. there to give me an exam and they wouldn't give me my old prescription to give to the other Dr. Then they sent me to Elkhart. Elkhart had no room to give me a new exam. And then they sent me to Ireland Road, which I had spoken to them the day before and they gave me instructions on where to go first. I get to the Ireland road location and I get an exam and they said my glasses would be ready afterwards. I get the exam and I'm waiting on my glasses and they say it won't be ready until after the weekend!! I asked her to please get her manager. Her name is Jennifer and she was horrible. 2 of the employees told her that they did tell me to go to all them places, which took 4 hours. Jennifer the manager was so rude, she did not give me my discount, I paid full price and I didn't get my glasses, (Versace frames that I purchased). I spent 5 times the money and could have went somewhere else. On top of that my glasses had insurance and because they bought that company I did not receive anything that I purchased the insurance. The manager Jennifer is rude, does not care and you all will never get my service again and I have a family of 5 that get glasses and context glasses.

Spent an additional 99.00 to have the anti reflective put on my lens.Went in and showed it to an employee and she agreed it was defective. She was going to send the glasses out to get it reapplied but said it would take 1 to 2 weeks to get my glasses back. I explained I couldn't be without my glasses as this was my only pair.She then suggested to remove it altogether . Now the glasses were only 5 months old the anti reflective was definitely defective by their own admission, but they were only willing to give me credit for half of what I paid. Not good enough Eye Care Express If I paid 99.00 and your product is defective 100 % should have been refunded. No wonder your only rated 3 1/2 stars.

I got the 2 glasses for $69 deal and everything went smoothly. I was surprised how bad my vision was compared to now seeing clearly with glasses. The selection of frames was small but didn't really bother me I just wanted to see clearly lol. Exam was quick and I got my glasses in 2 days. Thank u!

My boyfriend went in as a walk in,the establishment was very welcoming. He did his eye exam and we picked out the glasses he wanted it only took about 30 minutes. All the employees were super sweet and helpful. He got two pairs of glasses for $69 the eye exam was free. I will definitely be going there for my exam soon!

The exam was fast, and a decent price for the frame and lens I got. One of my glasses broke the first week, but they immediately took care of it no cost. When my new glasses became ready the lady accidentally broke it, but they replaced that too. The staff were clear on their prices and charge, the lady was also really apologetic about it. Many people hate the service here, but you cant always expect the best from people dealing with so much people everyday, but good people here and would recommend getting lens here.

I took my son to the South Bend location to get new glasses because his old ones broke and he isn't due for new ones through our insurance for months. This place is definitely affordable. The staff was amazing! The Doctor did a great job with my 8 year old. The ladies we super helpful while picking out glasses and adjusting his new ones. An hour after we picked out glasses we had the new ones to take with us. I will go back, we had a great first experience!
