Never go to this place. Just waste of money and time. I had to change my subscription twice still it did not help and ended up realizing the subscription Dr. prescribed was unnecessary high and intense for my eyes. Also I did not like their behavior. It felt like they are treating me for free. The stuffs are very inefficient. They are nt supportive at all. Also they have limited options in store. My situation got worse after visiting this place.

Not transparent. I purchased two pairs of glasses a year ago nearly spending $300. I was told I would get reimbursed if I didn't bring them back in during the time of the active warranty. I didn't have a reason to bring them in because I know how to take care of my glasses and fix them.
I called today about the reimbursement and they said I would get a voucher. A voucher to use in that place. No one said during the time of purchase that it was only to be used there. I'm thinking they will send a check in the mail or I just have to go up there. So I spend my money and still have to give them MY MONEY to purchases glasses and not receive MY money back.

I was told my glasses would be delivered to me with a week and when I call after a week of waiting, I'm informed they never shipped my glasses. They also ended up not having half of what they needed to make my glasses while I was there causing me to have to pick cheaper options or else I would've had to wait almost a month for me to get my two pairs of glasses. Never going to this location again

Every person I got the pleasure of working with was polite, professional, and friendly. From check in to check out i couldn't be happier! There are many options for pricing and style if you are nervous about paying out of pocket. The exam itself was quite reasonably priced as well. I left with two pairs when I intended on just one. Cannot recommend this place at all. I came in for an exam for the first time in many many years. Nothing was explained to me during the exam. I was not told how far off my vision was. I was pushed into contacts that didn't fit and hurt my eyes. I was told to go pick out glasses but the person that was supposed to help me just went and sat down and got on the phone. I wasn't given my prescription information. When I called back to ask why, I was told it was because I left too early, even though I was being ignored. Rachel in the Dr's office was the only bright spot as she genuinely seemed to care and helped a lot explaining about the contacts (even though I couldn't use them).

My friend and I went in there as walk ins and were greeted most pleasantly. Dr. Pugh read my eyeballs like a champ. All associates were very helpful and gracious. What stood out to me too, was the store manager who took extra care to help me fit my face with some very nice frames. I would absolutely go back. Thank you, Eyemart Express. Job well done.

Excellent service! Was in need of an eye exam and glasses as a first time glasses wearer. I walked in and they squeezed me in right in between some appointments. I did not buy glasses from them but the eye exam was good and the quick service was good as well!

I bought my glasses from them with a $300+ cost. I brought them in because I fell & the lens popped out. They put it in & didn't clean the lenses! And the frame is bent. They didn't notice. I will NEVER buy from them again.
