This is it. This is the clinic. If you weren't sure about switching, here is your sign to do it. These folks were professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and I was happy with my experience the whole way through.
The online appointment scheduler made it easy for me to schedule when I remembered at 2 am that I needed to see someone before the end of the year, I was able to get in quickly, the waiting room was pleasantly decorated, and I ended up with a pair of glasses that I both feel comfortable with and look great in!

I took my son here on Tuesday and I just have to say from the moment we stepped in to the time we left every single staff member was AMAZING and really nice to us. Both receptionists were very nice and helpful. The lady that did my son's pre tests super nice and helpful. And the doctor was really nice and made us feel comfortable. She was awesome! The lady that helped us pick out glasses super friendly and easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service! She really wanted to help us and even gave input on the frames when he would try them on. Thank you all for doing what you do everyday.

I have been going to Focused Eye Care now for 3 going on 4 years and I absolutely love everyone there! They are nothing but helpful and pleasant from the minute you walk in the door. My eye dr is the greatest she takes the time to listen and she really cares about what she's doing and about her patients. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and happy with the glasses and how they fit. Now if your like me where I can't make up my mind on which pair I want, they've helped me with that too. I'm always happy with the results and very pleased when I receive my glasses!!!!! Yes if I had to rate them between 1 & 10 I would give Focused Eye Care a 100 and trust me I'm picky lol!!!! They are all great!!! . Sincerely, Vicki Brown

The staff and doctors here are friendly. Im a patient here and now my 2 daughters are patients and I also referred my mother and now she goes. You never wait long and they treat you like family. They also accomodate you the best they can. One of my moms contacts tore and they told her come right in and took care of it with no problem.

Had metal shaving in my eye and they fit me in in-between appointments and took care of me quickly. The staff and doctor on hand were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was very appreciative of the fact they took me on as a walk in and got me in and out quickly and throughly checked my eye and made all the foreign material was removed.

The receptionist lady is Beyond rude, and she book a appointment that I missed and was not aware of after a call with questions and concerns on the situation due to my child. I was told to go see my primary doctor. Due to it not being time for his Eye exam time, but because I have 3 miss appointments it's my fault even after explaining what happen, but best wish.
