Great customer service. This was my 1st ever eye appointment. Jessica went above and beyond. I was going to get a blk frame and after spending time with me she knew I love green. She specifically looked for green frames online and was able to get them ordered thank you

Love the doctors and ladies who do the testing prior to our seeing them. The young lady checking us out and making appointments could use some training in customer service, however.

Bad experience all around. When I went in I got told one basic pair was free with insurance and I could get the second one with the anti glare at a discount. Also got told they had a one time warranty for a year in case the frame broke or the lenses got scratched up. Even told me that if the frame breaks to scratch the lenses so they would replace the whole pair wink wink. Great I'll use the free ones for sports and the other ones for regular use I even told them. First time I picked them up, the screw would fall off on one of the pair of glasses. Came to get it fixed, they broke them trying to force the screw in so I had to get another ordered. They even blamed the manufacturer when I clearly saw them break them in front of me lol I then I asked if this would affect the warranty. No they said. Here I come months later, my glasses broke while playing soccer, and surprise they don't want to replace them. First they asked me for my insurance and this is when I knew something smelled funny. Why does the form of payment matter for a warranty resolution? Idk but they first claimed it was an insurance issue. Then the lady which is suppose is the manager said the pair's frame was only covered for 30 days and only the lenses were covered for a year, wild change after advertising both coverages for a year. The lady then tried to flex by arguing that the glasses I had were the low value ones, the one for people for lower resources. They're not like her designer glasses that have a two year warranty or the semi designer pair I have that is one year warranty. Really trying to flex on me in front of everyone as if she didn't probably bought hers with her employee discount? And even then what flex? Ik they're cheap, they were free! I was just told they would exchange them hence why I went there! So then I ask if I can just get the lenses exchanged since there's a huge scratch in one of them, and should still be in warranty to what she responds. Well they have to be super scratched to the point you can't see out of them for us to change them. The warranty only covers manufacturers defects. Again, the post was moved farther. Then said she's not talking to me no more, twisted her arms together and left.

Always a great experience, fast and friendly every time. There is multiple locations but the one on north ironwood is the one to go to.

Really great when I had an emergency little over 2 years ago and now current patient with dry eyes. The treatment plan they have is amazing and going well.

Midwest eye consultant has great Drs.Dr Craig recommended a treatment for dry eyes. I was surprised how well it worked. Chris who did the treatment,was good at explaining the treatment and what to expect. I trust them with my eyes.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Everyone here has been absolutely great from the ladies at check in to the guy that goes over your glasses with you once they are ready. But the best is Amanda. She is the absolute, hands down, most caring human being I have ever came across. She will go the extra mile and beyond for you. She remembers you and will do anything to help you. Her and Dr Morlan have been my saving grace these past few years. Dr Faust is great too! I hope Amanda stays here for as long as I do because I cannot imagine this place without her!! Even the ladies that help pick out frames are wonderful too. I have been coming here for probably 20+ years and will recommend them to everyone I know!!
