My 85 year old father in law had a hell of a time getting in to this place ,walks with a walker cant hardly move but had to try and lift him up to get on the sidewalk that was at least 8 inches high , I asked for help to get him out ,was told we don't have anyone everyone's busy Good thing they're was helpful people out side because if he would of fell I would of own the place .and it Shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours for a 3 minute Procedure I give this place a 0 we'll be looking for somewhere else to take him

I've been bringing my dad here for at few years and it is normally great. The last 2 times not so much. Last appointment was cancelled without notice. Today's appointment... Well it seems very chaotic and unorganized. Nuse Cody showed his true colors today and there was a scene involving a man in a wheelchair and the restroom. Not pretty. I can overlook this but I won't forget. The appointment was for 255 it is now 408 and we are just being seen. Many people that came in after us went before. I had to ask when it was going to be my dad's turn. Amazingly he was next. Not a bad place or people,maybe just an off day.

After a year of giving them hundreds of dollars to sit in a waiting room for most of my day so Dr Lee could poke and prod for 15 minutes then mutter and run away, my eye was worse. He said to just come back in a year for another checkup. I went to another business and wasn't seeing double in a matter of months. Props to the staff tho. Y'all are sweethearts. Coming to work everyday for that guy is the only reason I gave two stars.

Highly reccomend. Great surgeon, very happy with results. You need to realize he is the only eye surgeon in this area trying to attend to the eye health for all of us. The appointments will take a long time in the waiting room, but the staff is hustling the entire time to make the process of taking care of so many patients go as quickly as possible. He does not have time to hold your hand, nor the time to chit chat so don't expect it. His staff is well-educated so you can ask them any questions of concern. So bring a book, charge your phone, make the time,and have some patience. Well worth your eyesight care!

If I could give less then 1 star that's what I would do. My husband had to wait for an appointment with this place since January he was scheduled for March 27th. Got there and all of a sudden they weren't seeing patients and had to reschedule him all the way til May 1st. Supposedly they all of a sudden had the wrong phone number but couldn't send one letter out to let anyone know. It's ridiculous to have to wait that long when it comes to your sight.

The MOST unprofessional place to exist. There's no flow of the staff or the doctor. The doctor has absolutely no bedside manner! I witnessed a patient having a seizure and over heard the doctor say "We can still dilate the patient" as EMT's and other ambulatory service were arriving on scene! There is high tension within the facility between coworkers. If I could rate a NEGATIVE number I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE OR BEING A PATIENT! Look somewhere else!

I have been to see Dr. Lee three times in the last 6 months for a retina condition and Dr. Lee and the staff were kind, professional and demonstrated a high sense of urgency for patient care. I see a lot of negative reviews and I get it, it is very frustrating to wait hours to see a doctor.I would be willing to wait all day to save my vision and have Dr. Lee as my surgeon. His predecessor, Dr. O'Malley saved my eyesight over 20 years ago after an almost full retina detachment. They never gave up on me and I have almost 20/20 vision in my left eye. Dr. Lee was there at the time, and 20 plus years later I wouldn't want anyone else to perform retina surgery on me. A bit of advice, don't show up super early and set expectations for yourself that you will to be out of commission for the day. You may actually be done sooner than you think. I have waited longer at my regular eye doctor for my annual exam. Remember, your eyes have to be dilated which takes time, the eye drops don't work instantly. Also, he sees patients that come in for emergency detachments and vision loss. Imagine the stress and pressure the staff feels daily. I appreciate and thank them all for their hard work and dedication. My only suggestion to Dr. Lee would be to train and mentor another surgeon so you can pass down your knowledge and skills.

I've been coming here for 6yrs. Yes, it takes forever, yes one of the receptionists is very rude, yes Dr Lee can seem odd at first. However, he is an amazing Dr and great at what he does. Might take a minute for him to warm up but he really is very caring
