I agree with Theresa. Ossip Optometry, which Ross Optometry is a partner/franchise, has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in town. They are all about pushing Ossip brands and up selling and up charging the customer. Pushing their vitamins and lack of listening to the client is disheartening.
I am no longer a patient due to their inability to listen to their patients and abysmal attributes in how they bill and process insurance.

This office consistently seems to be running behind in schedule, yet they inundate you with reminders. They discuss bills of other patients in front of other clients and dont hold themselves accountable. Patiently waited for a doctor who does not remember anyone and was hurried and rude
