I purchased a pair of glasses November 2025, when I got them I wasn't sold on them but thought I would give time to get used to them. I purchased the purchase plan along with the glasses , after a few months the glasses were not going to work for me! I can't see out of them well, and they look absolutely ridiculous on my face! I took them back March 2026 only for them to tell me there's nothing they can do because it's out of the 30 day window, they love to tell you about the protection plan because it cost money but decline to inform you anything about the 30 day window. She did offer me 50% off a different pair of frames but why should I have to spend any money considering that I just waisted $400 on glasses I can't wear! I would never recommend here to anyone!

I've seen Dr. Harper twice now and brought my husband along this time. After a bad experience at a different office, he was left with contacts that didn't fit his eyes for almost a year. After seeing Dr. Harper and his staff, he left with a much better fitting set and prescription! We never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Dr. Harper got him four different sets of contacts to try to make sure he was completely comfortable and didn't once make us feel like an imposition. He was very personable and made us feel like family. His staff was very kind and helpful and made sure my glasses were perfect. They even called a week prior to go over insurance, copay and how much we would owe out of pocket if we chose not to submit an out of network claim. We will definitely be making this our optical home!
