I had a wonderful experience at My Eye Dr. on Wabash in Terre Haute, IN! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kyah was especially helpful and kind -- she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even helped me get my rebate ready to mail, which I truly appreciated. Alex also did a fantastic job adjusting my new glasses. They fit perfectly and feel so comfortable now! It's clear this team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service and a friendly, professional staff!

I had the best experience in the office. Britney personally called me to give me details about the upcoming appointment. The office staff was kind, professional, and helpful. Kyah and Brinlie did everything they could to assist me and make this appointment simple and seamless. Both men at the front desk were helpful, friendly and considerate of any questions or concerns I had. The telemed appointment was perfect and went without flaw. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This experience was a 10/10. I apologize for any names I have misspelled and can not show enough appreciation for MyEye doctor. I will most certainly be suggesting you all to others. Top notch eye care!

My partner and I had an exam at MyEyeDr and I couldn't be any happier with my experience. The minute you step into this office, front desk is welcoming you in with smiles on their faces. I had Audria working with me before the Dr. came in and she was AMAZING! She verified that all my information was correct & gave detailed instructions on what she would be doing during the work up. The tech even told me about the specials they had on eye glasses during that time. Dr. Bruckner performed my exam and was very thorough, kind, and patient with me. She made sure I fully understood every piece of information she gave me when it came to my glasses, dryness of my eyes, and the overall health of them. All around this is a wonderful friendly, and clean office. My experience is always a 10/10 each time I walk in this place and I will not go anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Ross and Dr. Bruckner to anyone!

I saw Dr. B. She was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Everyone was supportive. The glasses selection process was streamlined. I felt like I was looking for glasses with my very professional friend Kyah. She gave me multiple options to choose from regarding services and upgrades. I didn't feel pressured at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Love my glasses and this staff.

I had a really great experience here. Kyah welcomed me as soon as I walked in, helped me choose my frames, and made sure I was getting the best deal with my insurance. She was very professional but also made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this office!!

Absolutely phenomenal staff and doctors! They are very coordinated in their operations and were able to review my information and know just what to do for my eyesight! Anyone who rates this place lower then a 5 star is ridiculous and doesn't understand fantastic service! Special shoutout to Kyah! She is the friendliest, most knowledgeable person and can help you get into any pair of glasses!

I recently had made a visit here and left completely satisfied! Audria is who checked me in while i waited for the Dr & she was great. She gave me detailed information on how to switch from glasses to contacts. She was very friendly & helpful, which made my visit more comfortable. I definitely recommend going here.

My experience at my appointment was 5 stars. Dr. Ross and staff are a well trained staff, practicing in efficiency, while administrating in a kind professional environment. Alex, Richard, and Dr. Ross himself, are the main staff that attended to me. I highly recommend this My Eye Doctor office.
