I had an eye exam with no issues however when it came to getting my glasses they received my money expediently, and now they have to restart my prescription using the excuse that they don't have the glasses after 3 weeks now. I might understand if I had some sort of process to them that would have taken longer to do but these are a simple single vision lenses. I DO NOT recommend using their services.

Vision center has been closed and had no posted hours since the start of the pandemic, around the same time my glasses broke. They were open today so I stopped by to have them fixed. Conveniently, they said the warranty had expired less than a month ago. Lady at the counter was VERY rude. I could have paid for new frames, but will take my business somewhere more reputable.
