America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

For my first time coming in they sure made the experience such a pleasure! I made an appointment online & filled out the paperwork required that took less than 5 minutes. Walking in I was immediately greeted & was taken to the back for my assessment fairly quick! The whole process was easy, the whole team was full of energy and incredibly kind! Thank you to the assistant who helped me with the tests you were amazing! Thank you Doctor Smith for listening to my concerns and working with me! Thank you to Halle as well for keeping me entertained the entire time I was there while looking for glasses! You have such a bright personality girl may you continue to keep shining! Your coworker with the spirited away sweater was also super sweet I forgot to catch her name! I will 100% be coming back and recommending this location to my friends!

Susan, Kayla, and Bri were great! They were able to get my daughter glasses and contacts quickly. These lady's are great. Both me and my daughter both left with a smile feeling like we were treated like family.

America's best is the worst....Valparaiso, IN. Went there and was a waste of time. After being told they take our insurance and spending over two hours with them at the end of our transaction I questioned the high price which was already processed and was told we are out of network, amazing when they checked our insurance in the beginning giving us our cards back saying, yes we take your insurance...not you are out of network. They gave us the excuse that even out of network we are cheaper. NOT true my original LTF was much cheaper. So desperate for customers, they will lie to get your business.

I just left today. I had a very good experience. I forget The name of the technician but she had brown braids and she was very nice however, During checkout, Kiara and Kayla were very helpful and very sweet.

Dr brown prescribed me the wrong size contact lenses for the 2nd time. Won't fix their mistake. Will never be back. Be careful here. Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars and tried to get me to book a new appointment on top of it.

Set appointments for myself and my 14 year old. From the first call I needed to make to walking out their door, this place is the best! Customer service was phenomenal! Every single person we encountered (from doc to staff) were simply the best! Forever customers obtained!!

Danelle is amazing! She stayed even after closing to help me figure out the best glasses out of the dozen or so frames I picked. It took over an hour and her patience with me was out of this world, especially since I have OCD and it's hard to make decisions when I'm overwhelmed. Between her, Cathy, and all the other amazing ladies who are kind enough to understand that I need extra time, I'm grateful this location and this staff exists. Because every other location I've been for AB never has staff that actually cares to give customers the necessary attention and time to thoroughly assist customers. I've been coming here for years and I refuse to even think of going to any other eye doctor or location. A big thank you ladies
