This was my first eye exam ever (I'm 61). Dr Baker and his techs did a great job of walking me through each of the tests as well as explaining the results of the tests. The only negative would be I showed up on time for my appointment and wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time (appointment was at 11am).

The visit was awkward and uncomfortable. Dr. Baker couldn't answer my husband's questions. The guy and girl at the front desk was not helpful and seemed more interested in their conversation at the appointment and when I picked up our glasses. They didn't ask me try on my glasses to make sure they fit. We have been going here for years but this past few years it has gone down hill.
