I am new to the whole glasses thing. Last year my daughter needed glasses, then a few months ago I finally got my glasses. It has been a wonderful experience from the get go... I know nothing about glasses, and the people who work there always answer my questions, including the dumb ones, with such kindness and knowledge. They definitely help me navigate the process. When my daughter broke her glasses, I went in there, and had a replacement minutes later. They know exactly what they're doing! I love this practice. It is always super easy to get an appointment, which I love. Thank you to the whole practice for helping my family to see!

This was my first time using MREYEDR, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist, Sandy was very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't get my insurance information to pull up, bc I put my information in wrong. Sandy was very patient and discovered I put the wrong birthday. She stayed very pleasant during this ordeal. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Riggle. Very kind and thorough eye doctor. I read his positive reviews and they were spot on. I'm glad I decided to give him a try. Megan helped me pick out glasses. I'm quit picky and Megan was extremely patient with me. We tried dozens of frames before we decided on a really trendy design. I really appreciate Megan being so helpful. I highly recommend MREYEDR. Dr. Riggle, Sandy and Megan are great. Overall the whole office seemed very nice and professional.

I'm forever grateful for this astute technician that insisted on adding a nerve scan to my daughter's exam, resulting in a neurological diagnosis that we have been searching for, for since 2021. My wife and I were there a week ago and had a great experience. I thought the doctor did a great job and made my experience very personal. The staff was kind with me especially while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do. Sandy was a great help and even found the pair of frames I ended up choosing. We will definitely be back shortly to use my 2026 benefit!!

My experience with MyEyeDocotr was amazing. Everytime I go I feel comfortable and taken care of. Today I picked up my new glasses with the assistance of Darcy and she helped me out and made sure I felt comfortable in them!

I agree with the previous post- personal touch has been lost here. Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Riggle and Dr. Rebecca Long and they are great doctors. However our last visit was the last. One of their receptionists the older woman was so pushy about the retinal imaging or dilation for children. She said we can't be seen by the doctor if we refuse the retinal imaging or dilation. She said they are now required in order to see the doctor. We left and went to America's Best and checked if that was true and sure enough it was not. You can have your eye check up without dilation or retinal imaging. It's just a money making scheme. So there you go- My Eye Doctor Valparaiso lost four of their patients. If you are considering this place, please look elsewhere. There are better ones out there! We switched to America's Best and we are so happy we did!

I came in to get contacts today and received amazing customer service from Sandy. She was very detailed in explaining everything and was so sweet! I even got a complimentary pair of sunglasses for ordering a year supply of contacts. I highly recommend MyeyeDr! Thank you Sandy!

Everyone was so helpful, especially Sandy and Cecily. They took time with my husband and I to make sure we found the perfect frames and answer all of our questions. Picked up our glasses today and they were perfect! Highly recommend!
