Some people are afraid of the dentist. Well that's how I feel about going to the eye doctor. I explained to them on the phone my phobia. They were absolutely wonderful to me. They understood and helped me through my anxiety. Each staff member I dealt with and that was a total of 4. I would recommend them to anyone. I know the rest of my immediate family will be switching to them. Thank you again for making it a great experience for me.

We've been coming here since 2019 on the recommendation from my mom who brings her autistic son here. They've always been great with my kids and my brother. They're sweet and kind.

Hate to write this but just a warning to others. I called to try to get appointment and to figure out if we can go to them. The woman on the phone was rude to me and would hardly let me talk and explain the situation or about insurance. Just kept repeating we are not a provider. Is it really so hard to just be nice to people? Really upsetting. Please just try harder people. I have family that go here and was hoping we could. Now not so much. Just be kind.

Love the doc. She is amazing. One of her staff members ran my contact prescription without asking, which really screwed me because I got 1/2 less contacts than I would have with a script at Sam's. But I said something, and that has never happened again. (Think it was a new kid who just wanted to do everything right, so if you want a prescription, ask doc up front. She marks it in your chart, and you'll never have the same problem). Heather cares about clients, and it shows. She's smart, funny, and amazing. Sent four others her way. Great doctor.

Odd experience at this eye doctor. Been debating if I should even post this or not. I had a 9:30am appointment on a Monday and this was my first time every going here, and I got there and the receptionist was so nice and friendly! I thought this would be a great experience from the awesome receptionist, but that's when it ended. The tech who took me back to do the exams never introduced herself, which was a bit odd as a new patient shouldn't you say who you are. She could care less about her job. She had her hand on her chin during a few of the tests. I go into the Doctors exam room, and Dr. Jozwiak never introduced herself either. BUT she was so friendly and took her time with the exam, which I appreciated. She was an awesome doctor. Then I get escorted to purchase new glasses, and I met the staff member Suzanne who assists with that and that is when my experience just fell flat. She seemed friendly at first. It is a BIG decision to pick out new glasses, because its your face! She seemed so bothered by the fact I was taking so long to choose, and it was quite awkward picking out new glasses as she sat there and watched.. She at one point got up abruptly and said I have other people to get to so I going to let you look. Well thank you - now I can look comfortably. I felt pressured to pick out a certain pair she liked - and I was about 70% sold on them. Now I understand she is there to help you with what looks good and what doesn't but I just felt pressured to get one pair she liked. So i budged and said I guess these are the ones - and then she priced it all out and it was over budget for me so I said I couldn't do that today and she just closed my file and said I guess just the exam today. UM Yes. Dr. Jozwiak was awesome & the receptionist was awesome, but the other 2 I dealt with are definitely a reason to not return. Who knows maybe it was Monday blues or something but better customer service would be nice.

Very thorough and accurate fitting for contact lenses.

Dr. J and her staff are wonderful. I used to see Dr. B before he moved away. I was kind of nervous about trying something new but it has been wonderful. They are so kind and will help in anyway possible. Even if I lost my vision insurance, I would still go to her.

Before switching to Dr. Jozwiak I was never able to work on the computer with my contacts. I wear multi-focals and have a bad stigmatism. But she prescribed the perfect lenses. It's so nice to be able to wear contacts and work. She was very caring, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. Most importantly I now have contacts and glasses that I can see both near and far with. Very happy with her and her entire staff!
