John was my initial experience with Target Optical. He was incredibly kind and helpful. I ended up having to return another day and a different lady helped me, again helpful and kind. Fast forward 18 days after ordering the glasses, they hadn't arrived. They said to try again in another week. One week later they told me that the glasses were reordered the week before and were not apologetic in the slightest. Acted liked it was normal. Today, one day short of 30 days, the glasses are in. No apologies, not any discussion about it. Couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
I'm really easy going, normally only post positive reviews, but this was really a bummer. I won't go back. I wish I'd never gone.

My experience at this optical has been nothing short of spectacular from start to finish! There were two kind ladies that helped me pick out some awesome frames. I don't recall their names. One had red hair and the other had brown. They were both wonderful! I felt great after that experience! Then when I went to pick up my frames, I had a nice experience with the gentleman that checked me out. I will come back again! Thanks so much!

After several days and weeks of appointment reminders from your office for an appointment on 8/20/25, I showed for my 10 am eye exam 20 minutes early only to be told that the Staff was in a meeting and they were going to reschedule me for 12:40 pm same day. Never mind that I had other plans such as going to work and my appointment was set up to accommodate my schedule. You've lost a 6 yr loyal customer. I know how important customer loyalty is to a business, you folks blew it.
