My recent visit a few days ago was a good experience with your technician, Penny. She was the only person in the store, and she was answering phones, and helping customers, and under stressful conditions, she ran the store quite successfully. My sunglasses were in very poor condition, as my dog had gotten ahold of them. I thought they were beyond repair. Even with all the interruptions, she repaired them while I waited. I wanted to make you aware what an asset she was to your store, and I would highly recommend her efforts to anyone shopping for glasses or in need of repair work. Sincerely, Kate p.s. Previous review was for my first glasses when the basic progressive lenses were excellent.
My next pair which I purchased 1.5 years ago came with a different lenses, since Walmart no longer carried the old ones. The new ones were replaced under warranty once because they developed stress fractures. The replacement lenses which are now no longer under warranty after another 7 months have their non glare coating cracking up. So now I will have to pay for new glasses because they are selling horribly manufactured basic progressive non glare lenses

Excellent staff. Dr Tsagris and her Opticians Margie and and Julie were friendly and professional. They tested, prescribed and fitted me with glasses that totally met my needs. Best experience I've ever had at any optical facility.

I won't be going there again. Walmart employeee tried telling me my prescription changed a bit. I finally realized he was totally wrong. My newest prescription from Walmart is horrible, as I struggle to see clearly with it. I went back to my 6 year old prescription I walked into Walmart with and it's perfectly fine, but not Walmart's. The Dr. that did it was in a hurry and didn't take his time to do it correctly. Needless to say, I don't recommend them, and I'll never go there again for new prescription or to purchase glasses.

Very pleased how she measured and sent in my prescription numbers to the lab. Excellent, accurate and professional service from her.

That was a Walmart department manager.I went to The Vision Center, I thought I was having normal vision issues.What was actually happening as I was having Strokes. I told the eye doctor that one of my eyes kept going blank I could not see out of it. He statedBecause of my age.I got the glassesAnd still had seriousIssues.I was having StrokesI found myself after going to the ER.If this ever happens to a person againDesign doctors should not stateVision issuesAs a simple NormAnd take them seriouslyTo avoidThe seriousRamificationsNot being able to seeIt's not just a vision issueThat should be checked

Went to the Valparaiso Walmart Vision Center for an eye exam with Dr. Koulterides and then got a new prescription and picked out glasses frames right there... They were ready in less than a week... Actually they were tinted brown, just a mixup and had to go back only a few days later and they had my glasses all set... Very friendly staff including the manager there and Rebecca took care of me like a baby...! All the associates there like Rebecca and others are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you... They have a wide array of frames including designer and name brands with a wide range of prices... When I go there, I'll be asking for Rebecca again as she took such good care of me.... Couldn't be happier with Walmart Vision Center in Valparaiso, IN.... 5 Stars +..!

They are very patient, professional, experienced, and friendly. They will take as long as it has to take to make sure your glasses fit comfortably and the prescription is right. On my 3rd pair and my family have a pair as well.
