Front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in all ways... from helping determine status with insurance, to helping to schedule appointments, to making you feel comfortable...from the moment that you step into the office. Dr. Peters is always friendly and conversational and is patient, explains everything during the exam. Any glasses fitting done by the team are super knowledgeable and they're also giving advice and very patient with all frame try-ons and choices. Just a great atmosphere and great team overall!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Bettendorf Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this is a first-class operation. I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. Dr Peters and his staff did not rush through my appointment. The office was so clean and equipment is so high tech and modern. They have a huge assortment of frames, it was hard to decide. I am telling everyone to go there. Love the friendly staff!!

Dr Peters is not just a great physician but also makes you feel very comfortable and is very interested in learning your lifestyle to truly make a difference by improving eyesight as much as possible. He is very thorough and explains everything very well in layman terms. I moved away and switched doctors, but was not satisfied and now I'm willing to drive 1 1/2 hours for his care. The rest of the staff is also very helpful.- especially choosing frames that work best for your facial features and fit! Top Notch and 5 Star service all around!!

Nice clean facility! Their new machine is magnificent at taking photos of the eye retina, without having to have your eyes dilated. Dr was excellent at describing the eye retina. Picking out my new glasses was extremely pleasant with the gal that helped with this process

I found Dr. J. Conner Peters to be very professional and personable. He answered any questions I had with great explanations. I like the staff at your facility! I was extremely surprised with the high cost of new frames and lenses. I checked at Vision4Less and found their glasses to be much less expensive with more selection criteria explained. However, I appreciate the service and selection at Bettendorf Eyecare and I decided to pay the higher prices and not change where I have been going for eyecare. Wish your prices were more competitive and reasonable though.

I am always impressed with Dr. Ammie's commitment to providing a thorough eye examination. I never feel that she hurries through my examination to get to her next appointment. Her professional and pleasing personality makes my annual eye examination an enjoyable experience.

Dr. Aimee is THE BEST!!! She is so knowledgeable, personable, practical and fun. She never acts rushed - she is focused on you and your health. I am blessed to have her as my eye doctor and recommend her highly to others!
