Last minute request to be seen, as major issues were happening with my eyes. Willing to be patient, as he had a full schedule, Dr. Hansel worked me in. He took his time to do a full exam and explained clearly what was going on with my eyes. He ordered a couple scripts and with that and God's healing my eyesight will come back!

I have been a customer here for many years, and was always treated well until today. The customer service call I recently had was rude and left me upset. I called about an order mixup and they at first accused me of lying of even being a patient there. Turned out they got me confused with my twin sister, and instead of an apology I was told it was my responsibility to inform them of that information. I understand accidents can happen, but that is not my responsibility. I never once had to make clear that I am a twin before.

I recently completed cataract surgery with ESA. I have a new lease on life and what I was missing due to limited vision. The nursing staff were amazing; Judy, Jane, Amanda, as well as anesthesiologists Patrick & Kevin. The financial & scheduling staff, Donna's & Rachel were equally professional & helpful.
Dr. O'Malley, the surgeon, restored my vision to where I only need Cheater glasses for computer work & reading,(had bifocals before & could not see pre-surgery).
I am incredibly grateful to the ESA team and would recommend to anyone considering cataract surgery.

I've been a patient here for many years, and I've always received excellent care. I took away one star because recently the line to check in is insanely long. After completing my online check-in the night before, I was hoping to expedite the process. Instead, I had to wait for 10 minutes for other patients to finish their paperwork at the counter. One test couldn't be done because I was told I was "late" by the time I checked in. Always great service and care. The check-in process could use some attention or extra employees.

I chose ESA for my cataract removal and lasik procedure. Pre operation I only needed glasses for reading. I picked the expensive multi focus lens and was told that I might only need reader glasses for detailed work. After the procedures I was given an eye glass prescription for distance. That I hadn't needed previously. So I now have a hard time seeing highway signs, before they are gone. Needless to say I am very disappointed. As a possible patient be awear! You might not get what you're paying for?
