The service was great. Got in with the wife and kids. The staff was very helpful at getting us in to our appointment by allowing our kids to come with. The cost of the frames were about you would expect for an average cost. The lenses were well priced because of the additional features. 1080i vs 4k resolutions. Anti glare and scratch resistance. I had my eye exam today at Copeland Eyecare inside of Target Optical Blairsferrt Rd. I was impressed! I learned so much about my vision--everything was explained clearly and in a way that helped me understand what was going on.
Dr. Annette Nickel is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable, a fantastic communicator, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience comfortable and easy.

I felt welcome from the moment I entered the store. Great customer service during my exam. The doctor walked through all of the steps and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Then when choosing my glasses, the process was again very friendly helpful and efficient. I couldn't believe how effortless and quick the entire process was! The Doctor was great. The person they put me with to chose frames wasn't really helpful, and didn't offer to fit the frames until I did it myself. When I asked for my retinal distance numbers they said " I had to buy glasses to get that". That's not legit and possibly not legal. So I canceled my order and I'm not going back.
