Had an appointment for me and my son. He is 15 months. I only took him because his doctor did a vision test and says I need to get his eyes checked. Anyways, got in fast, the lady was nice who takes you to the first room that's dark and my son I will say is an explorer and she didn't mind . She then had us go to the other room and read the lowest line I could read on the chart and we then waited for whats his face to come in. He was kind and kid friendly BUT nothing else was done. He said wait until my son is older to get checked which was fine becaus he would not Cooperate anyways. But with me he didn't even do anything else! Didn't even tell me if my eyes got worse or not come to think of it. We were in there 10 minutes. I don't know if it was because my son was with me , but I don't plan on going there again. Always on time, never have to wait past appointment time. Very thorough exam and Dr. Jose always makes you comfortable. Picking out lenses is a breeze with the help of caring, knowledgeable staff. We have been going for years and highly recommend this office.

We were traveling for baseball and our son developed an eye infection and they were so nice to work us in between games. The condition required follow up again the next day and again they were very accommodating to fit us in between games. The staff and doctors were super nice and concerned about our son's condition and even asked how the games were going. Thanks for making what could have been a horrible trip a much better one. Your friends from Kansas City are forever greatful!

My kids all three saw a doctor. Two of them saw a nicer man who was very helpful. The other saw a lady who was very quiet, the appt lasted less than 10 min. No explanation. Nothing. When I finally got in (all in different days) the doctor was sweet and spent a lot of time with me. He was an older man. The doctor said my prescription stayed the same. I ordered new frames and lenses. I was notified when they came in, the man that fit glasses asked me my name and birthdate. He wrote it down. Came out with a red pair of glasses that I would have never picked. I reiterated that no, those were not mine. He argued. I got up to leave. He finally decided to check again, and lo and behold- they were another persons. 45 min later it seems that that man wrote the wrong prescription in the computer and it went to another frame. Okay. It was annoying but okay. I got a message and call that my new frames were ready. I gave them two extra days just in case. I went down. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Then the man says- he won't see the owner for 5 days. After several phone calls, I did get ahold of the owner who was pompous and seemed to think my troubles weren't out of the ordinary. He said he'd refund 35$. He never did. 2 weeks later, I got my glasses. They were clearly the wrong prescription. I waited some time to take them back thinking it was my eyes or the lights. Sure enough, they put a .75 instead of a .25. After the guy insisting that I was wrong and arguing in front of other customers, he finally agreed to give me a refund. My kids and I will never return. The whole office is run by people that act like gossipy teenagers and laugh at people when they go back. It's sad that they can't do their jobs.

Best experience I have ever had with any eye doctor. Reception was quick, appointment was exactly as scheduled, Nurse and Doctor were both super nice and did an excellent job. Office was clean and neat, waiting area has a little play area for kids, a well thought out and professional organization! Organization is involved in the community and supports charitable causes as well. TEN STARS for Family Eyecare
