Everybody here, from Dr. Epley, to the reception staff, is fantastic. Any and all questions I had were answered with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They were also able to get me from scheduling an appointment to walking out the door with a sample lenses in <72 hours!

A clinic cannot solely be built upon the doctors reputation. Dr Eply is awesome. But the office and bookkeeping services are a hot mess. My account was assigned to my adult daughter (different last name and address). Just a total mess it took 2 years to get it reconciled for a $35 payment. Total chaos. Took my business back to Vision Specialists in CB.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted With a warm smile and positive positive attitude, Due to my job, I get to travel a lot and it's nice to go to new environment and feel welcome. Specially, since I called that morning, it was not expected to be seen so soon which luckily I was. From setting up the appointment to Verify my insurance was taken it was very seamless. When I walked into the office and met the doctor, I was very happy as she was very welcoming and very detailed along with the rest of her team. I'm very happy with the service and especially the care that I received.
The fact that they went over my benefits and the best way to utilize them to help serve me made me ever more happy.
