I have gone to the Family Eye Care Doctors of Optometry for many years and have always found them to be 100% professional, courteous and efficient. Anytime I have questions, the ladies at the front desk are always wonderful in taking their time to explain whatever is needed to answer the question.
There are no long waits. I have always gotten in at my scheduled time and the doctor always comes in immediately. He also takes the time to inquire if I have any questions.
I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

i was very happy and comfortable with the whole process when getting my eye exam! from the receptionists to the actual doctor it was a pleasant experience and the dr was very comforting and helpful and personable which you don't see very much of these days and she made me feel heard and valid! then when it came to picking out my frames and that whole process i gotta say Jemar did an amazing job! he knew what he was doing and was honest and made sure that the frames that i picked and wanted was actually right for me! all in all i am very pleased with my choice and the whole experience and will definitely continue to go back!!! RECOMMEND 1000/10

Staff was wonderful. Very professional and and friendly. Very little wait time and exam was very thorough. Only downside is even though they share a building with Vision 4 Less which is covered by my insurance, Family Eye Care Associates is not. Was not informed prior to appointment. Was told after appointment (and after I paid $80) that I would have to submit bill myself to my insurance. That is when I discovered they are not in Network.

Hadn't been in a few years I was glad to see that not much has changed (if it's not broken, don't fix it!). A big change that went wonderfully...my original eye doctor's son is now a DO. He was thorough and answered all my questions. Before/after seeing him, I was handled with much care and total professionalism. I'm so glad to be back!

I love the eye Dr. Side of the store. He takes his time and explains everything. They greet you and are always very nice. On vision side they are usually very busy but they don't rush you. Patricia was fantastic. Thanks again for all 3 pairs that was done. See you in 2 years.
