They were very busy when I went. The longest part was the wait to have my daughter's rx and order entered. The glasses and lenses were immediately brought back to the lab to be made. We got the text that both pair were ready within 30 minutes. We only had a short wait to pick them up. We were out with two new pairs of glasses within 3 hours.

Went in for a new pair of glasses plus lenses yesterday, had a great experience. Wait time was a little bit due to a few people ahead of me but to be expected as a walk-in. Price was overly fair in my opinion. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for under 170 bucks. Both pairs with done in under 20 minutes. Can not complain will return in the future!!!!!!

Great experience. Husband I needed new glasses right away. Bought a pair from another provider, frames were defective and they wouldn't help us out at all. Went to see Ty. She was so helpful and friendly. That made the process a lot easier. Got a plain Jane pair for right away & ordered a pair with more options. Paid less than the one pair from the other provider. Will definitely go back.

Terrible customer service. You could spend $200+ dollars on contacts and frames and they will not give you a trial pair of contacts. The Moline location had no problem finding a solution. Will gladly drive the extra miles to go to this location.
