Dr. Miller was very dismissive when I came in with significantly new vision changes, and did not pursue a thorough work up of my concerns. I advocated for myself and went to a retinal specialist, where I found out I had an actively bleeding retinal tear. I needed an emergency procedure that day to save my vision. If I had listed to Dr. Miller I'd likely have irreversible vision loss in my eye now. Office manager has also been very flip and uncaring since this incident happened.

I started going to Dr. Miller about 3 years ago after going to another eye doctor for nearly 20 yrs. He was so thorough in his exams and so professional that I felt like I was getting a much more in-depth evaluation. I developed severe dry-eye symptoms about 1 1/2 yrs. ago and he has been extremely knowledgeable about the latest treatments and always been willing to try different approaches. He and his nurse always took my calls when I felt like my symptoms were so severe it was urgent and needed to see him or try a new medicine. He's personable and takes the time to talk to you about your concerns. I highly recommend him.
