Take all 3 kids here. They accept all kinds of insurance. They were super helpful though out the whole process. Even went back for a free repair when one of them broke the screws. Can't thank them enough for their help.

Im torn. The employees are very nice and friendly. I recieved glasses from them a year ago and of course my eyes have gotten worse over the year. Im new to glasses, I know nothing about them other than you put them on and you see. Long story short, I paid almost $200, which i couldn't afford, but a guy has to see, for glasses that im never going to use, and now I have to wait another year for my insurance to cover another pair. Im poor, I can't see very well. I can't afford this.

Very rude employee named Tina that works at the SE 14 location. I was waiting to pick up my glasses 2 employees and 2 customers at the time. The phone rang and instead of waiting on me she got the phone. I asked other girl how long before I get helped. Before she could answer Tina piped up from her important phone call and said very loudly Why don't you just wait your turn. Not the best way to treat a customer

We unfortunately went here for eye glasses. Never again!!! My husbands bifocal line was 10mm on one see and as you got closer to the nose it went down to 8.3mm. How did that crooked line pass inspection. Oh yeah there is no inspection!!! Very poor quality of workmanship. Beware. The staff have never been trained either.

I scheduled for an appointment here. I show up on the day and time of my scheduled "appointment" and I was told "we tried calling you to reschedule" And a "sorry" . No reason for the reschedule and no other information.
Wednesdays are the only days I have off from work so I try and get my appointments in however not only was I not seen but my time was wasted with no explanations, No accommodation of any sort--
I barely leave reviews because I honestly don't think it's worth it (maybe they had a bad day and move on about my business plus I do not have the time to write long paragraphs like I'm doing now) It actually makes me sad to have to write this but I'm shock at the experience I had, didn't even have the decency to communicate with me as to why they flat out cancel my appointment and you bet I will be sharing this experience
THIS BLEW ME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE.
