I absolutely love this place. I have literally been going here for more than 20 years and all of the doctors are wonderful. But to be honest, it's the front staff that absolutely rock. They are kind, considerate, professional, Take the time to answer all my questions, and really make this place shine. I have no issues with my eye appointments they go smooth and efficient. Always on time. Hands-down stellar

The appointment I had today actually left me speechless. Normally, I see either dr. Krammers and my experience is nothing short of excellent. They were out today and I saw someone new and WOW. I don't understand why you would be in a career where bedside manner is everything if you can't treat your customers with basic respect. I was talked down to. The appointment was so rushed and every question I had was disregarded. As if she just wanted me out of her office. I understand doctors have a set amount of time with their patients, but she only met with me for 5 minutes tops and then rushed me out. I'm just shocked. I don't recommend seeing anyone other than the Krammers. And I can't even tell you who to avoid because she didn't even have the decency to introduce herself.

At first I was going to give them one star. The doctor I saw had no personality, was rude, and talked down to me. The prescription she gave me for contacts left me with worse vision than when I arrived. She told me I needed to "let my brain adjust". I went back 2 days later and explained my situation to the receptionist. She immediately paired me with Katherine, a different doctor. In 5 minutes she knew what the problem was, said it was a simple fix, and changed the prescription. Katherine is a rock star at what she does and is very knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars based on my return visit. I will be back!!

Dr Huseman is so kind and helpful. Thank you to him and his staff for squeezing me in on a Saturday. Amazing team and practice! Highly recommend!

Dr Katie Kemmerer is amazing. My kiddo is dying for contacts but also super squeamish about her eyes. We did the intro appt but she had a really hard time trying to get them in and out. We were there for literal hours, due to her anxiety with it. Dr Kemmerer and her staff were so kind and super patient throughout the process, never once acting frustrated (even though it was a frustrating time!). Dr Kemmerer even followed up with a phone call that evening to check on my child. Incredible care team!!!

Dr. Tom did a great job and was very friendly. All the office staff and assistants were very helpful and able to squeeze me in last minute. I will always go to Huseman Eye Care for their amazing customer service.

I was running a little bit late to my appointment but once I got to the office that stuff there were very understanding and I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The staff are always very professional and personal. They remembered me from the last time I was in there and provided excellent customer service. They quickly moved me from one room to another to complete my examinations explaining what they are doing along the way. I then saw Doctor Kemmerer or Katie as she asked to be called. Katie was very professional and personable she administered to her eye exam and explained them as she went. She remembered the last time I visited the office nearly 9 months ago and remembered a funny story I told her which was impressive. Katie finished quickly and told me if I had any issues don't hesitate to come back. I would highly recommend this office because of the quality service, professional staff, and they also explain the insurance process very well.
