I purchased a year supply of contacts at this location yesterday. When I got home I looked closer at the box to find that the manufacturing date was in 2021 and the contacts expire in September 2026. So my year supply of contacts will not even get me through the year due to this store's inability to rotate stock or check expiration dates. Money down the drain thanks to the careless actions of this store.

An older woman named Ruth was disrespectful to my mother while she tried to purchase glasses. She acted passive-aggressive and rude when my mother declined to buy the warranty and additional services. Ruth gave the nastiest look when my mother said no, which hurt my feelings because it felt like she was implying we couldn't afford it. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

I love Dr. Bartlett. I've been going to him since I was 8 years old but this rating is for the office. I needed to order contacts for my teenager tonight. I've called probably 10 times. Each time someone has either picked up and hung up on me without saying anything, or picked up and then put me on hold without ever saying anything. I still haven't even gotten a "hi, can you hold". Just someone who is continuously hanging up. So whoever is working your phone on October 6th, definitely shouldn't be working there and when my prescription is up I won't be going back.
