All the staff there are so friendly and kind! They were all very helpful. The office is also super nice and in a great location. I saw Dr. Sami Thompson and she was super nice, efficient yet thorough, and very present to answer questions and explain things to me. It was also quick to get in, and they offer care in both Spanish and English which I love. This was my first time there and i'll definitely be back!

Love the lady optometrist that I saw she was awesome .. but won't be back because of the people at the front desk. When I ordered glasses I specifically stated that I did not want any anti-reflective or UV protection as they were just a backup pair of glasses. Well, I get the bill and I pay it. She asked me if I want a receipt when I'm leaving and I say that I do. I get to the car and I start looking over my bill and lo and behold I had an extra $95 worth of charges for anti-reflective and UV protection. I go back in to have these taken off and I am treated like a piece of gum on the bottom of someone's shoe for asking that it be fixed .. and I asked very nicely I might add. Very unfortunate experience.
