We love Dr Drew he is so kind nice caring about our eyes.. The girls were so nice love your manger Julia she is so smart help me with my eyeglasses to fit my face good when I didn't think they fit right she was amazing. Took so much time with me. The other Gal, I can't think of her name, but she was fabulous also Very sweet and helpful. We plan on coming back and I will tell others about it. I love the fact that the glasses were a better price for our income... Thank you again for the service. It was a wonderful experience.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Whylie Eye Care. I have been a loyal patient for over 20 years, first at your Ankeny location, and then at your Ames location after I moved. Upon learning of the permanent closure of the Ames office, I contacted your Des Moines location to obtain my prescription for a time-sensitive matter. I was informed that my file could not be located in your new system and that I was not in the system at all. The staff person offered no alternative options, callously stating, "Yeah, I'm sorry 'bout that." To be treated with such disregard after two decades as a patient is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Benjamin was very nice this quick as I ever got my glasses in a day and one day The doctor was very efficient and very nice I've been going there for years but seem like they got quicker and better if that makes any sense to you guys I enjoy my experience at Wylie eye Care I hope they keep up the good work

We were able to get appointments on short notice. Eye exam was thorough and the Dr put kids at ease. Eyeglass selection and checkout was effortless and quick. Staff was helpful and engaging, but not intrusive. It was a great experience!

Great customer service, doctors, & sales team!! Friendly staff, short wait times, and an associated named Daija that helped me find the best glasses for me! Daija represents this establishment well!!

I received the best service here this morning. My mom bought her glasses at this location a year or two ago. She is now 95, lives in assisted living and uses a wheelchair so it is hard for her to get around. During the night, she ran over her glasses with her wheelchair. They were a mess and I wasn't sure they were salvageable, but I took the glasses into the store and the young woman fixed them on the spot. We are so appreciative of this good, quick service!

This place is a mess. Their staff are rude and unprofessional. Have waited well over 6 months trying to get my glasses fixed or replaced. Now its "we are locked out of our insurances" and disgusting attitude. Should just fire the lazy and hire better
